What happens after the $1 trial week?
After your first week, you'll be automatically charged the monthly rate for the plan you selected. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged anything further.
Can I switch plans as my team grows?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Changes take effect immediately and you're only charged the prorated difference. There's no lock-in period.
Do you charge per employee?
No. ScheduleSizzle is one flat monthly rate with an employee cap per plan. If you hit the cap, you upgrade to the next tier — no surprise per-seat fees mid-month.
How do I import my existing staff?
Use the built-in CSV import wizard. Export your staff from any spreadsheet, drag the file into ScheduleSizzle, map the columns in 2 clicks, and your whole roster is imported. Takes about 60 seconds for most teams.
Is my data secure?
Yes. ScheduleSizzle runs on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security — meaning each restaurant can only ever see their own data. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe; we never store card information.
